Land Of Denied Rituals
-
Land of Denied Rituals was born from a deep passion for art and the ancestral rituals I once witnessed my grandmother perform. With limited means, early support from Stereo48 and the Arab Fund for Arts, and a beautiful collaboration with cinematographer Ashraf Dowani, this film came to life.
Your support today will help me continue this journey through my next major work: Condemned to Dream, a 90-minute feature documentary exploring the revolutionary role of resistance theatre in Palestine and its power to imagine and shape a free society.
At its heart lies Ashtar Theatre in Ramallah, a pioneering cultural space founded by my parents, Iman Aoun and Edward Muallem, where art has long been a form of defiance, healing, and radical dreaming.
This call is about bringing untold Palestinian stories to screens around the world, and amplifying silenced voices . Through my films, I strive to honor our heritage, document resilience, and continue to create art in the face of despair.
If my work has touched you or lingered in your thoughts, I invite you to stand with me and contribute to more than art — to fuel what I believe is a movement toward freedom, dignity, and collective memory.

During a dance workshop in Benin on june 2025 , I met filmmaker Alison Felicite from Martinique /France — a meeting that turned into an unexpected creative journey.
She began filming me spontaneously, capturing moments of truth and movement.
“We must finish this film,” she said, “even if we are far apart.”
I am Shatha Yassin, a Palestinian actress and movement trainer.
My art explores the body as a language — transforming pain, memory, and resistance into dance.
Our project bridges Palestine and Martinique, weaving stories of distance, friendship, and hope.
We now need your support to bring Alison to Palestine to continue filming.
Every contribution brings us closer to completing a film born from movement, courage, and connection.

To Forget The Bombs
-
Camps Breakerz was founded in 2004 by brothers Moh Ghraiz and Ahmed Alghariz, who formed the community dance team to represent the Palestinian people and draw attention to their ongoing struggle. CB Crew shares the unique beauty of dance and art with the people Gaza through teaching and performances, in addition to speaking around the world. Since it's creation, the crew has achieved multiple dreams, including the establishment of the first dance school in Nuseirat Refugee Camp in 2012.
Shortly after the aggression began , which film 'To Forget The Bombs is about;
the Crew began providing free meals to a few families in need. Soon after, demand flourished and in response to that need we launched Et’aam (formerly CB Crew Food Basket Initiative), aimed at raising fundraising to make a bigger impact within the community. The word “Et’aam” (pronounced ‘it-AHM’) signifies a deep commitment to feeding those in need. It perfectly encapsulates our mission to nourish and support Palestinians, particularly those facing extreme financial hardship and displacement in the Gaza Strip. Through our initiative, we strive to embody the values of our name by making a consistent and lasting impact in the lives of others, providing nutrition and resources to as many families as we can.
Et’aam currently distributes food in both Nuseirat Camp and Deir Al Balah. Our dedicated ground teams provide groceries to 25 families each week, filled with everything from lifesaving dry goods to rare, nutritious vegetables.
With food prices soaring due to scarcity, heightened demand, blockade measures and escalating violence,, access to essential nutrition has become a challenge for every individual in Gaza. Through our combined efforts, we can fulfill our mission in providing nourishment and support to community members in need.

Internal Debris
-
My work “Internal Rubble” was created as part of my ongoing artistic practice and my deep belief that art and generosity must continue despite all circumstances.
This project is not only an artistic expression, but also an act of resilience — a commitment to life, hope, and the transformative power of art.
I have created a donation link to help me achieve my dream of traveling and starting my journey anew.
My dream is to take part in dance performances, to grow artistically, and to build the future I have always envisioned.
Times are difficult, but hope remains — and every contribution or share brings me one step closer to fulfilling this dream and to creating a safe, stable life for myself and my family.
Every act of support is a chance for a new beginning.
